Genshin Impact 3.0 Leaks Reveal Dendro Traveler, Menus And More Effects
Several new Genshin Impact 3.0 leaks related to Dendro Traveler have recently surfaced online. These leaks are courtesy of Lumi, who briefly showed off the new character screen and related swap effects. There are no playable characters with this element in the current version of the game, which means that the green background players see above is the first look at the character dendro menu.
Every element in Genshin Impact has a colored background associated with it. At the same time, Dendro has a greenish color gradient. Likewise, each element has its own toggle effects, which are easier to spot in the next tweet.
Genshin Impact 3.0 Leaks Reveal Details About Dendro Traveler
At around 0:03 seconds, gamers can see how Dendro the Traveler is replaced by Ember. There's nothing special, except that players can see the usual short trade effect on the character's pyro. More importantly, what happens at 0:05 when Ember switches back to Lumi. At this moment, a green glow around the character is clearly visible.
This video also showcases more of the new element's background. Not much happens here, but the viewer can see the movement of the background; it's not just a still image.
A more striking example of the swap effect can be seen in the image posted below.
A small Dendro symbol appears along with several greenish yellow and white particle effects. It's not groundbreaking on its own, but it's something curious Genshin Impact players might want to see.
The note: There are no leaks showing the Traveler's dendro kit. It is likely that players will be able to unlock it if Sumeru is the next region and there is a Statue of the Seven Archons. The Seven Statue in each region gave Aether/Lumi the ability to switch to a different element.
As an example, the following:
- Mondstadt: Anemo
- Li Yue: Geo
- Inazuma: electro
Other Dendro Leaks
Genshin Impact players frustrated that they didn't get more information about this long-awaited new item can always resort to looking at old leaks. The above leaks have two new elemental reactions associated with the new element:
No gameplay leaks have been released showcasing these new element reactions. However, the above leaks do a really good job of describing their new effects.
There is another Genshin Impact leak that says that one of the new Artifact Sets will be able to buff the damage of the new element. Not only that, but it will also presumably deal even more damage to the opponent. The second set of artifacts has nothing to do with any particular item, but it's something that players have long wanted in the game.
All of these leaks point to Genshin Impact 3.0 being released in a few months. Version 2.8 isn't even at the time of this writing, so players have to wait until they get more substantial news.
