A leak! Dendro Archon and other characters of Sumeru Genshin Impact
Dendro Archon may appear in Genshin Impact sooner than expected. Additional information about future playable characters from Sumeru has also been revealed.
Developers Genshin impact recently announced that version 2.8 is scheduled for release on July 13, 2022, which means that version 3.0 is likely to be released around August 25 2022 year, provided that HoYoverse continues to follow the usual game update schedule. With a few months left before Sumeru's release is expected, characters from a region closely connected to the earth will increasingly appear in various events and character voice lines.
Lesser Ruler Kusanali, Nahida and Anahitian Blessing
One of the most anticipated characters Sumeru is Dendro Archon, Lesser Ruler Kusanali, which has been at the top of the leak radar for the past few months. New leak from BLANK, which was posted on their Discord channel, suggests that Kusanali's real name may be Nahida. Archons usually take several names: one real and a pseudonym. In-game dialogue confirmed that "Lesser Ruler Kusanali" is the love form used by the people of Sumeru, so it is likely that Nahida will be her real name.
Also, a Reddit user u/Miserable_Tune_2039 published a possible connection between Nahida, Lesser Ruler Kusanali и Anahitian Blessing in r/Genshin_Lore. This was confirmed by BLANK, who claimed that the name Anahityan can play a role in the Version 2.8 story quest. However, the information about Nahid is largely considered dubious, so it's best not to expect it to be one hundred percent true.
Huge Leak of Future Sumeru Character Names
Sumeru's character names have been leaked for the past few months. In addition to earlier data that revealed the names Sayno, Captain, djajeet, Tignari, Nafs, Dori и Nahida, an insider with a nickname Uncle (@Touchingfish3 on Twitter) claims that Ihfa, Leila and Soutine could also be possible characters to appear in Sumeru. While it is unclear if they will be playable characters or NPCs, the merged names have been helpful for lore enthusiasts when looking for Sumeru's connections to real history.
