Make Sure Fallout 76's New Junkyard Residents Don't Kick You Out of the Camp

npc

A big free update that brings people back to the desert West Virginia Fallout 76, comes out next week. Settlers and raiders returned to the Appalachians to recover and hunt for treasure. The new factions also claim territory, which may come into conflict with an already built camp. Bethesda has published a handy map so you can be sure you don't live somewhere that you'll be kicked out of by the new inhabitants of the land.

Like the Fallout 4 settlements, Fallout 76 allows players to create their own locations on the map. Players have been doing absolutely wonderful things with their camps, from creating art galleries , deadly schools и extremely impressive bars . If you have one such creature, you'll want to take a closer look at the map that Bethesda tweeted today.

Since Fallout 76 is online and all players are allowed to build maps, conflicts between camps are already happening. When this happens, Fallout 76 asks if you want to find another server to join where the free space in your camp is empty or you'd rather leave it unloaded. Now, the new Wastelanders update brings human NPCs and their own structures to Appalachia, and you can't just go to another server to run away from them. If your camp is built in one of the zones shown on the map below, you need to move it to another location to avoid conflict with new residents.

Some obvious locations are based on what we already know about the Wastelanders update. The northernmost central location on the map is where the new raiding faction built their city of Crater, and the settlers fled to the location adjacent to the Spruce Knob in the south center. The large no-no dot in the southeast corner of the map is believed to be part of the new Watoga underground zone.

Bethesda confirmed to the players that if they live in a restricted area, they will be allowed to move their camps without paying the normal game fee. Since this map is not entirely accurate, you can check your camp by trying to move it and see if you have a relocation fee or not. Though I haven't personally tried it yet, so your mileage may vary.

Fallout 76's Wastelanders updates release free to all players next Tuesday, April 14th. It also starts on Steam at same day. You will be able to get a free copy of the game on Steam if you already own the game on the Bethesda launcher.
