The Witcher: Monster Slayer is a new free mobile role-playing game with an augmented reality system. This game allows the player to hunt down monsters to complete contracts just like a real Witcher.
Monster hunters have a lot of tricks, such as special weapons and armor, magic signs, and of course, alchemy.
Witchers are known for being able to make different things with different ingredients. Some of them are the remains of monsters, roots and herbs. After all, they can be turned into bombs, potions or oils. This guide explains the latter to you. We will talk about what types of oils are present in the game, what effects they have and how to prepare them.
Oils in The Witcher: Monster Slayer
First of all, we will explain to you what oil is. This is a special type of substance that you can apply to your sword to increase damage.
To create butter, you will need to follow a few simple steps. Go to the "Inventory" tab and select "Create". You can then search for the desired substance. Important Note: You can increase the effectiveness of your oils with special skills in the Alchemy skill tree.
To create butter, you will need to use some ingredients. You can get them in different ways. Now let's look at all the oils. Here is a list of them with a description of their effect, required ingredients and time to create:
- Base Oil - 20 minutes to craft - Powdered Monster Cloth (x5), Bundle of Herms (x3) - Increases melee damage by 33%
- Cursed Oil - 60 minutes to craft - Vampire Remains (x5), Bundle of Herms (x3), Root (x2) - Increases melee damage against the Damned by 100%
- Draconid Oil - 60 minutes to craft - Necrophage Remains (x5), Herm Bundle (x3), Root (x2) - Increases melee damage against Draconids by 100%
- Elemental Oil - 60 minutes to craft - Hybrid Remains (x5), Bundle of Herms (x3), Root (x2) - Increases melee damage against elementals by 100%
- Hybrid Oil - 60 minutes to craft - Fence remains (x5), Bundle of Herms (x3), Root (x2) - Increases melee damage against hybrids by 100%
- Insectoid Oil - 60 minutes to craft - Wraith Remains (x5), Herme Bundle (x3), Root (x2) - Increases melee damage against insectoids by 100%
- Necrophage Oil - 60 minutes to craft - Cursed Remains (x5), Bundle of Herms (x3), Root (x2) - Increases melee damage against Necrophage by 100%
- Ogroid Oil - 60 minutes to craft - Draconid Remains (x5), Herm Bundle (x3), Root (x2) - Increases melee damage against Ogroids by 100%
- Relic Oil - 60 minutes to craft - Elemental Residue (x5), Herm Bundle (x3), Root (x2) - Increases melee damage against relics by 100%
- Ghost Oil - 60 minutes to craft - Relic Remains (x5), Herme Bundle (x3), Root (x2) - Increases melee damage against Ghosts by 100%
- Vampire Oil - 60 minutes to craft - Insect Remains (x5), Herm Bundle (x3), Root (x2) - Increases melee damage against vampires by 100%
