Teamfight Tactics Update 10.16 – Description, Release date and more…
Update 10.16 for TFT is just around the corner. As we near the end of the Galaxies set, Riot is making a number of minor tweaks to weak traits such as Chrono and Battlecast. However, a huge number of changes can change the meta.
Dark Star's recent dominance is over and the meta has stabilized. This week, Riot will be buffing lagging champions and traits a bit, as well as nerfing the Astronaut/Sniper build.
In addition, some items will be changed - read the descriptions and try new combinations of items and champions. There's also a new galaxy called "Wreckage Realm" where when champions are sold, their full items are broken down into their component parts. Last but not least, buffs get a number of trait bonuses that can only be obtained with Spatula items, as well as several 3-star champions. Variety is always good.

Description of the update
10.17 UPDATE NOTE
- As announced on the Riot Games website, they will be leaving for AFK next week to rest and recuperate. This means that the 10.17 update will be smaller than usual. The next full update will be 10.18.

Galaxies
- New Galaxy: Debris Realm - When you sell a champion, all of their full-fledged items are broken down into their component parts.

Changes to improve the game experience

- ➤Right click on any component to see what it can be turned into. (If you're playing on a mobile device, just tap the component).
- ➤Full items that can be collected will be highlighted.
- Recipes are now displayed in pop-up windows with full item descriptions.
ITEMS
We have revised less popular items to give players new options. Now obtaining certain components will not be perceived as a punishment.
- Hand of Justice: 50 health on hit ⇒ heals for 50% of damage dealt by skills and basic attacks
- Hextech Bayonet: Overhealing from this item now grants a growing shield (maximum durability is 400).
- Iron Solari Medallion Shield Duration: 250/275/350 ⇒ 250/300/375
- Runaan Hurricane Attack Damage Scaling: 70% ⇒ 75%
- ➤Statikk's Shank Basic Damage: 90 ⇒ 85
- Statikk's Shanker now deals an additional 85 true damage if the target has a shield or CC effect.
- Swordbreaker Disarm Chance: 25% ⇒ 33%
FEATURES
- Not technically a feature, but Ezreal's, Shroud of Silence, and Mana Reavers' mana leech (increasing the cost of the target's next skill) has been reduced from 40% to 30%.
- ➤Chrono Warriors attack speed boost duration: 8/3,5/1,5/0,75 seconds ⇒ 8/3/1/0,5 seconds
- Saboteurs jump duration is now always 0,6 seconds (previously they reached the back line faster if the player placed them on the front row).

We want to buff the last tiers of traits that can only be achieved with Spatula items, as they are currently falling short of expectations. They are very rare and difficult to obtain, so the reward should be appropriate. Of course, they will not guarantee victory, but they will be a very nice bonus.
