Space Crew - Sequel to Bomber Crew Moves from World War II to Science Fiction
The Space Crew sequel and trailer were shown exclusively during the Future Games Show
Aviation simulation and strategy game Bomber Crew gets a new futuristic space-themed sequel announced at Saturday's event Future games show . Check out the first space crew trailer below.
The sequel will take you and your team to the distant future, where space travel has become commonplace. Naturally, this means that brutal aliens are your biggest threat in Space Crew, and you need to strategically prepare your ship and crew for procedurally generated and fast-paced space combat.
Your decisions regarding the management of your carefully placed team will decide your fate and the fate of your comrades - are you relieving your radio operator of their responsibility to treat a downed shooter, or avoid the risk of losing another team member? When a crew member falls in battle, they are lost forever, making these decisions especially important. The bomber crew is known for being a challenger, and chaos doesn't seem to be any easier to control in space.
"Like the first game, Space Crew is as challenging as it is cute, with players having to guide their team in the heat of battle and improve their abilities across multiple missions in a procedurally generated campaign that ensures no two missions are the same," says the official description.
Space Crew is full of references to popular sci-fi that should add a healthy dose of frivolity to other dire situations you'll encounter, and the ship's customization options make it easy to personalize your experience. Expect to reach for the stars when the Bomber Crew sequel releases on PS4, Xbox One, Switch and PC later this year.
