Skin Lazarbeam Fortnite - Details, Description, Rarity
YouTuber Lannan "Lazarbeam" Iacott is the next creator to get his own skin in Fortnite, and players will be able to purchase it in just a few days.
The reveal of the Icon Series skins was a big deal for Fortnite, even more so than many of the famous pop culture crossovers like Predator, Street Fighter and The Walking Dead we saw in Season 5.
A number of well-known Fortnite players and streamers including Loserfruit, Ninja, and Lachlan have received their own Icon Series skins in the game, and players are always wondering who will be next.
Well, it looks like Fortnite players will soon be able to play as Lazarbeam, as the Australian YouTuber officially announced his skin in a new video on March 1, after revealing it earlier in the day.
What does the LazarBeam skin look like?
In a video uploaded to his official YouTube channel, Lazarbim showed the world his Fortnite skin for the first time - and it may not look like what you think.
As shown in the video, the skin has a builder-style look with a neon green button-down shirt, tool belt, and gray shorts. There is also an alternative style with a vest, sunglasses and a hat.
According to Lazarbim, he was inspired by his humble beginnings as a builder, and YouTube decided to pay tribute to those endeavors with their Fortnite skin.
His skin pack also comes with an emote called Lunch Break, in which the character sits, eats a mini pie, as well as a pickaxe with a sledgehammer and a gingerbread man on the builder's back. You can watch the announcement video, which takes a closer look at the skin, emote, and the pack itself, below:
Lazarbeam Fortnite skin release date
According to the video, the Lazarbeam set, as well as the custom skin and cosmetics, will be available in the Fortnite Item Shop. March 4 2021 year.
Unfortunately, pricing for the kit is currently unknown, but if we look back at other Icon Series kits, it's not hard to see just how much it might cost.
The Ninja kit is 2000 V-bucks, the Lachlan kit is 2200 V-bucks, and the Loserfruit kit is 1800 V-bucks, so the Lazarbeam kit will probably be in the 1800 to 2200 V-bucks range.
