Captain America skin in Fortnite: when will it appear and how to get it?

Looks like another Marvel skin in the form of Captain America will be available this week in Fortnite Battle Royale.
Epic Games has partnered with a number of different companies, which has brought the battle royale mode to the top. We've seen two different collaborations with Marvel's Avengers, a collaboration with John Wick, a collaboration with Deadpool from past seasons, a collaboration with Borderlands, and more.
This season, Epic Games is partnering with DC to create an additional Battle Pass skin. Aquaman is featured in the Season 3 trailer, but players can only unlock the skin once 5 challenges have been released and completed. Until then, there are many other superhero skins to choose from.
Epic Games released Fortnite version 13.20 update, which includes a number of new files, some of which have been leaked by data miners. Prior to every major update, Epic now sends an email to those in the support-a-creator program to highlight what's being added to the update.
In an email highlighting what will be added in the current Fortnite update, and this time Epic Games has hinted that a new superhero skin is coming to the Fortnite item store this week. Since America's Independence Day is July 4th, players were quick to predict that the skin would be Marvels Captain America, and it looks like it is.

An email sent to the creators stated, “This week, a mighty arrival is coming to the merchandise store. Stay in touch".
There have also been a few new lines added in the current Fortnite update, which suggests the set will include a Captain America cosmetic as well as a Captain America skin. The following lines have been added to the files:
- ♦SHIELD OF CAPTAIN AMERICA
- ♦Captain America's shield is as indestructible as his will.
- ♦ Equip Cap's Shield as a Back Ornament or a PICKAXE!
The textures for the Captain America Fortnite skin were also added in today's update, so it's practically confirmed that the skin will be released on July 4th, or possibly the day before. As always, we'll keep you up to date with all the news about hero skins that will be available this week.
