DC's toughest Godslayer Anti-Superman has a surprisingly basic weakness
Lobo's daughter Crash has just learned how to kill her father, and her method is not only strange, but surprisingly simple.
There are many reasons why Lobo is called the Chief Man. As the biggest, worst bounty hunter in the DC Universe, he's worked for heroes and villains alike and can go toe-to-toe with Superman. If he really wanted to, he could burn the entire DC Universe and nothing could stop him - except maybe a lizard.
If this sounds strange, the whole story narrated in Crush and Lobo #7 (Mariko Tamaki and Amankai Nahuelpan) was even weirder. The Chief Man's daughter proved her father's resourcefulness, as Crush obtained several space lizards to surround Lobo and use their oddly effective secret weapon against him.
Lobo's strength is undermined by some extremely minor flaws
In an unexpected turn of events, one of Crash's reptilian allies suddenly bit Lobo with his soothing venom. Because the space lizard had space bacteria on its teeth, it managed to successfully pass through Lobo's impenetrable skin, allowing the venom to take effect. It seemed like a rather anti-climactic defeat for someone who had managed to kill his entire race before he was seventeen.
In the miniseries "Superman and LoboThe Main Man's clones were defeated by exploiting yet another simple weakness. A genetic marker in their DNA made them susceptible to Charnia's acid rain, which was able to bypass their regenerative abilities. However, this marker was built into the clones from the start and they would have been virtually unstoppable otherwise.
Lobo is as strong as Superman
Despite Lobo's pitfalls, his strength is certainly on the same level as Superman. DC First: Superman/Lobo #1 saw him go toe-to-toe with the Man of Steel for the first time and both were impressed to find that their strengths were evenly matched. In one of the adventures, the Chief Man encountered Superman, who was possessed by the demon Eclipso. Even though the Man of Steel didn't hold back as usual, the formidable bounty hunter was still a match for him despite the beating he received at the hands of the Kryptonian.
Lobo's strength is equal to that of Superman, but he has no kryptonite of his own outside of cosmic lizard-born bacteria. However, the Chief Man is still effectively immortal because neither Heaven nor Hell wants to take responsibility for him. During previous visits, Lobo had beaten all the gods in Heaven and actually enjoyed being tortured by Hell. Despite all this, he still suffers from an incredibly simple weakness. While this hurts his formidable reputation as the Chief Man somewhat, it's no doubt a good thing that there is something in the universe that can easily destroy him.
