Awaken: Chaos Era has a gacha system. The essence of the system is that players get new characters through the call. To do this, they need a special currency - call crystals. Crystals are different, and you can use any of them to summon heroes. Among them there are improved crystals. They are needed to summon rarer characters. Ordinary crystals are useful for summoning simpler heroes. In addition to crystals, you can use other game items to summon. You will receive them through tasks and events. Among these items, you will find special summoning dust and an elemental crystal. The chances of summoning rare heroes are quite small. So, for example, the chance of summoning Legendary characters is only 1%.

In Awaken: Chaos Era you will find special summoning banners:

How to reroll in Awaken: Chaos Era

• Mythesia - Legendary character of the forest element
• evera - Legendary character of the forest element
• Valeria - Legendary Fire Elemental Hero
• mulhex - Legendary Water Hero

Of the 7 available heroes, we recommend paying attention to Hydrissea, Valeria or Evera. These characters are perfect for hunting and have powerful AOE attacks. In order to get more heroes, you should stock up on improved summoning crystals. With their help, you can summon powerful characters. These crystals can be obtained not only from monsters, but also bought in the store for diamonds. 1 improved crystal will cost you 150 diamonds. If you did not get the desired hero, then a reroll comes into play. With it, you have a chance to complete the call again and try your luck again. Just use one of these methods.

Method 1: Guest account

• Sign in with guest account records, that is, do not sign in with your Google or Facebook account.
• If you realize that you did not get the desired character, then simply delete the application.
• This way you will reset your progress and be able to log in again as a guest account.

Method 2: Reset progress

• Sign in with any account, but make sure it's linked to your Google email or whatever.
• If you are not satisfied with the characters that you received, then the progress is very easy to reset. Go to Settings -> Account -> Data Reset
• This will take you back to the tutorial and the start of the game, where you can summon the characters again.
• Before that, it is important to remember:

1. Your progress will be reset to level 1 and will remove all characters.
2. Resetting your account will also delete all purchases you have made in the play store.

Method 3: Social Media Accounts

• Signing into Awaken: Chaos Era is currently available through a guest account, Facebook account, or Google Play.
