All Don't Starve Together characters
Wilson
Wilson - scientist. The first available and main character of the game. Able to grow a beard that can be shaved off. It also keeps you warm in winter. From the beard, planks and meat of the monster, you can make a meat effigy that resurrects the character (not just Wilson) in case of his death. (For the rest of the characters, getting a beard is problematic)
Willow
Willow - a pyromaniac. The first female character and also the first unlockable character in the game. Takes no damage from any fire sources. When she appears, she has a unique item - a lighter that burns forever and does not break. Therefore, playing for her, you do not need to be afraid of night monsters. When her sanity is low, she accidentally lights a fire under her feet, which can start a fire.
Wolfgang
Wolfgang - strong man The ability of this character lies in the fact that with a high degree of satiety, he increases his strength and health. Wolfgang goes hungry much faster. And despite his big mustache, Wolfgang can't grow a beard.
Wendy
Wendy - has a rather interesting ability: from the flower that she has, laid out on the ground, when killing someone, the ghost of her deceased sister Abigail will appear, who will fight with any mob that tried to attack Wendy.
WX-78
WX-78 - robot. WX-78 can eat stale and spoiled foods without harm to health or a penalty to hunger. He can also eat gears. WX-78 does not respond well to rain. He is the only one that can be hit by lightning, while he replenishes health, loses his mind, glows and moves faster.
Wickerbottom
Wickerbottom - an old lady librarian. She has read a lot of smart books in her life, so during the game she gets a bonus to research: for example, if other characters need a Science Machine to create a Shovel recipe, then Wickerbottom can make it without a machine. She is the only one who can create books.
Woody
Woody is the sixth character unlocked through experience. Woody's ability is that he has a favorite ax that cuts down trees several times faster. But if you cut down a lot of trees, Woody will turn into a giant beaver with one scale - "tree hunger". After the parameter of this scale reaches zero, the beaver falls asleep, and the next morning Woody becomes normal again.
In addition to characters that are unlocked through simple experience gains, there are also characters that can only be unlocked in adventure mode. This: Wes и Maxwell
Wes
Wes - mime. Silent character. Expresses all his thoughts with gestures. His ability (as strange as it may sound) is a weakness. All parameters of Wes are less than those of other heroes. He is so fragile that he can die even with almost full Health, Satiety and Sanity. His unique item is balls, which he loses a bit of sanity when created, but which deal damage when popped, and mobs can attack them.
Maxwell
Maxwell - As a playable character, he can be unlocked by completing Adventure Mode. Before that, we saw him at the very beginning of the game. Maxwell is the one who locked us in this strange world. It is also interesting that his name alone does not begin with the letter "W", like everyone else, but with "M". Ability - restore Sanity while near enemies. Initially, he has a dark sword, dark armor, an amethyst, and the Codex Umbra book, with which Maxwell can create his shadow counterparts.
Wagstaff
Wagstaff (Wagstaff) - A character added in one of the beta versions along with Wheeler. It has a unique "Design" tab. He suffers from myopia and cannot see clearly without glasses. Loses health when eating raw food. His voice is a steam whistle.
