Quantum Error - Quantum Exclusive Horror Opens Future Games Show
TeamKill's upcoming PS5 game Quantum Error is now a forward-thinking shooter starring a firefighter.
Quantum Error, the sci-fi horror shooter, has received a new trailer from the Future Games Show.
Set to exit PS5 and PS4, the horror game puts you in the role of a captain in a California fire department.
Like Dead Space before it, this is a game where a worker goes out of his way to help in a situation far beyond his job description. San Francisco firefighter Jacob Thomas travels to the Monad Quantum Research Center, located 30 miles off the coast of California, after the complex suddenly bursts into flames.
As it turns out, the cause of the fire is an unknown entity, not the one described in the Garboa Fire Department's training program.
Thomas, along with partner Shane Costa and the rest of his team, arrive with the intention of saving as many lives as possible and surviving. However, it is clear that all is not as it seems, and the rescue mission is soon plunged into darkness.
Quantum Error developer TeamKill Media hopes to finish the game in time for the PS5 release. But he hasn't fixed a specific date yet - we don't know exactly when the console will arrive for this holiday.
TeamKill has a background in the genre, having recently released the first-person horror game Kings of Lorn: The Fall of Ebris for PC and PS4. This was aimed at hand-to-hand combat with medieval weapons rather than shotguns in cramped conditions.
