Difficulty selection
As you begin your journey in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, you'll need to decide what difficulty level you'll play on. Keep in mind that the difficulty can be changed at any time through the settings menu, so don't panic about your initial choice.
All options allow you to manually order group members use abilities through the classic fighting style, unlike Remake, which was limited. The following options are available in Rebirth:
Simple
A solid choice for players who have no experience playing many JRPGs or are not yet accustomed to FF7 Remake's game systems. Your abilities will charge faster, you'll be able to use limited bursts more often, and enemy attacks will deal less damage.
Whether you're unsure of your abilities or just looking for a quieter, story-focused experience, this is the right difficulty mode for you.
Normal
Хороший компромиссный вариант, обычный предоставляет более… ну, “нормальный” опыт сбалансированного уровня сложности противников и общего вызова, с более сильными атаками и медленным накоплением ATB по сравнению с режимом “Простой”.
Dynamic
It can be argued that this is the best choice for players who are confident in the FF7 Remake and Intergrade gaming systems. Dynamic difficulty mode scales opponents according to your level and your abilities. This means that no matter how much side content you complete as you progress in the game, opponents will always be on your level.
