Honkai Star Rail 1.2 Update Details: Release Date, Everything New From The Patch!

There is still time before the Honkai Star Rail 1.2 update, but that hasn't stopped a number of leaks from revealing some juicy details. So, here's everything we know about the upcoming patch so far.

Even though players are currently looking into version 1.1, this has not prevented information about the characters of the Bow, Yukong, Jingliu and others leaked to the network before their official release.

Official release date for Honkai Star Rail 1.2

An official release date for Honkai Star Rail 1.2 has yet to be announced. However, given that version 1.1 is expected around June 7, we can assume that version 1.2 will be released sometime in July 2023. It's worth noting that another game from HoYoverse, Genshin Impact, releases updates every six weeks.

Characters in Honkai Star Rail 1.2

The official HoYoverse Twitter account confirmed that the characters Blade и Kafka will be introduced in Honkai Star Rail 1.2. Although their participation has not yet been officially confirmed, the developers often release marketing materials related to future characters.

Famous leader Dimbreath also stated that both Blade and Kafka would be available in version 1.2. He also revealed information about the banner release order in the next update. According to Dimbreath, version 1.2 will contain the following banners:

• Phase 1: Blade (5-Star Wind Destroyer).
• Phase 2: Kafka (5-star Lightning Nothingness)
• Luke (4-star Void).
• Yukong (4-star / Imaginary / Harmony)

New relics in Honkai Star Rail 1.2

2 things: Max. HP increased by 12%.
4 things: Increases crit. owner's chance when attacked or expends HP by 8% for 2 turn(s), stacking up to 2 times. When stacked, the number of turns for the effect does not increase.

Herald wandering in hacker space

2 things: Increases speed by 6%.
4 things: Increases the speed of all allies by 10% when the wearer uses an ultimate ability on an ally for 1 turn(s). The effect does not stack.

Star Arena

2 things: Increases crit. owner's chance by 8%. If crit. the owner's chance is at least 80%, the damage from his basic attack and skills is increased by 20%.

broken keel

2 things: Increases wearer's status resistance by 10%. If the wearer's status resistance is at least 50%, the attack power of all allies is increased by an additional 8%.

Light cones in Honkai Star Rail 1.2

This Light Cone is for characters on the Path of Nothingness. Kafka signature cone. It will have the following characteristics:

Increases the wearer's penetration effect by 24%. Each attack of the wearer increases its speed by 4.8%, stacking up to 3 times, with a 100% base chance that enemies receiving attacks will take 18% more periodic damage for 1 turn.

This Light Cone is for characters on the Path of Destruction. Blued's signature cone. It will have the following perks:

Increases crit. owner's chance by 18% and increases his max. HP by 18%. When the wearer is attacked or consumes their own HP, their damage is increased by 24%. This effect is removed after the owner uses an attack.
