▷ If you encounter a blank white page like after filling out a form:
The response I received from the Mihoyo staff:
The last page should be similar to "Thank you for the application."
So you can leave the page running if you're not sure, but if the page appears to be fully loaded in your browser, then you should be fine.
▷ Do I need to be on the official ishra discord to apply for beta testing?
▸ No, you can still apply for the beta even if you're not on the official Discord. But you MUST have Discord.
▷ How do they notify selected players?
▸ MiHoYo will announce the winners via Discord.
▷ Do the selected players who will be beta testers receive any rewards?
▸ I have never participated in the Genshin beta, so I don't know for sure if there are any rewards. But I participated in the beta version of Honkai (another Mihoyo game) and we beta testers did not receive any awards, so I would assume that this is the same as the beta version of Genshin, that you will not receive any rewards other than experience.
▷ How do I get my Discord ID?
▸ Here is a link to the steps.
1. Make sure you have developer mode enabled.
- You'll find Developer Mode in User Settings > Advanced.
- For Android users, go to User Settings > App Settings > Behavior and enable Developer Mode. For iOS, you'll go to User Settings > Appearance > Advanced and turn on Developer Mode.
2. To obtain a user ID, go to the User Profile.
- You should see three dots in the upper right corner. Click those dots and you'll see the last item in the drop-down menu: "Copy ID". Click this button to get an ID. It should look like this on Android and iOS:
