Error 10027 in Lost Ark: Unable to connect due to heavy traffic
Lost Ark error 10027 is currently haunting the Lost Ark EU servers and driving players crazy as they are unable to log into the game. is there a way to bypass the error?
It's been a week since the release Lost Ark for the North American and European regions, and the game still breaks Steam records for the number of concurrent players.
The game peaked at over 1 gamers simultaneously dungeon crawling over the weekend after the official free-to-play release, which naturally led to server overcrowding in all regions despite Amazon's efforts to expand server capabilities and provide additional servers for most populous regions.
This is to be expected, especially considering the game is launching as a hugely hyped F2P MMO, and honestly, Amazon should have known better and should have prepared for this kind of influx of players.
Naturally, the huge influx of players led to server overcrowding and unbearably long queue times.
But this past weekend, when the total number of players started to cross the 1M mark, even being in the queues became oversaturated, and players started getting error 10027, which comes with the message "Unable to connect due to heavy traffic."
What does this mean?
What is Error 10027 in Lost Ark?
There isn't much to say here other than what you probably already know about the Lost Ark 10027 error and the "Unable to connect due to heavy traffic" message.
An extremely large number of players are desperate to get into the game and play Lost Ark as RPGMMO has created a huge buzz and millions of players are interested in playing it since launch.
Since server capacity is eventually limited, the limit will eventually be reached on all available servers, preventing interested players from connecting to the Lost Ark servers.
This was a problem even before the launch of the F2P game, when some of the most popular servers had queues of 10 players, but it escalated after Lost Ark went free-to-play.
Players are now unable to even enter the queue, instead receiving error 10027 followed by the infamous "Can't connect due to heavy traffic" message.
Basically, this means that the servers are filled to the brim and that even the server queues have reached their limits, which is why you cannot enter the queue.
There isn't much you can do here other than wait for people to leave the servers and sort out the queues, allowing you to enter the queue.
We hope that Amazon will provide more servers and increase their capacity, but for now, all you can do is wait.
