Description of League of Legends Update 10.15

Lol

League of Legends update 10.15 has affected the new 149 champion Lilia, and also made significant changes to the balance of champions so that players can figure it out before its start on July 22.

MORE FLEXIBILITY IN A RANKED FLEXIBLE QUEUE

After launching Clash, where there is no rank cap for teams of 5, we decided to take the same approach to the Ranked Flexible Queue so you can play with your Bronze buddies, Challenger rank mates, and everyone else!

As in Clash, we will calculate the average rating of all team members. In this case, the rating of players with a higher level of skill is taken into account first of all. So be careful, otherwise your bronze friends will stand against the Diamonds. Good luck!

APHELION

Guardian [Q] activation radius reduced; Guardian activation time increased. The [Q] effect that allows Runaan's Hurricane projectiles to pass through units has been removed. the number of Infernum projectiles after splitting on a critical hit has been reduced; the number of Infernum projectiles from Runaan's Hurricane has been reduced after splitting; Reduced the number of Infernum projectiles from Runaan's Hurricane after splitting on a critical hit. FIDDLSTICS

Bountiful Harvest [W] brings less health from enemy minions.

The additional attack speed from Ionian Fervor (passive skill) per stack is increased at higher levels of the skill.

Blade Dancer does not do well in long matches at all levels of the game, especially on normal MMR. Therefore, we are carefully increasing the scaling and dueling potential of Irelia so that it is easier for her to transition from the stage of the game in the lane to the middle stage of the match.


IONIAN WATER (PASSIVE)

QI BARRIER (PASSIVE)

SCARNER

Crystal Strike [Q]'s damage and additional damage ratios now scale with the target's maximum health; the duration of the buff has been increased; Mana cost has been increased and is now independent of skill level.

We're increasing the damage of the scorpion to make it easier for him to cut his way through the front line enemies when he forms a warrior (and does not hesitate to sting everyone in the way). And the icing on the cake is the change in [E], which improves usability.


CRYSTAL IMPACT [Q]

SWAIN

Base movement speed reduced. Ravenous Flock (passive skill) cooldown reduced to scale with cooldown reduction no longer restores mana. Fixed a bug due to which Swain could pull enemies thrown by an explosive cone. Hand of Death [Q] cooldown reduced; projectile angle reduced; now passes through enemies. Eye of Empire [W] range increased; damage reduced; Mana cost reduced at high skill levels. Real Estate [E] cooldown time reduced; Mana cost has been reduced and is now independent of skill level.

The general and his demonic birds perform well on the normal level of the game, but then they start to have problems. We are changing a lot: we are doing something stronger, something vice versa - so we will tell you more about everything.

Let's start with amplifications. First of all, we significantly increase the range of [W] (more than doubled at the last level of the skill!). We believe that experienced players will benefit the most from this, who will be able to help other lanes from a distance throughout the game. In addition, we are reducing the cooldown of [Q] so that Swain matches his role as a battlemage and attacks enemies more often.

Now to the relaxations. To compensate for the buffs, we are reducing Swain's movement speed. In addition, we have removed mana regeneration from the passive skill. It was most commonly used in the lower game, when players were less likely to dodge targeted skills.

Overall, we hope these buffs will help seasoned mid and support players, with major changes across the board to make Swain a more capable mid laner.

VISUAL UPDATE

We're continuing to update champion skill visuals, with Ziggs, Thresh, Lux, and others getting new effects in the past. Our goal is to modernize the visuals and make the gameplay clearer. In this update, we're reworking Ahri and Udyr's visuals!
