Teamfight Tactics update 10.16. Battlecast buffs, Changes, etc.

Teamfight Tactics is getting more and more updates, and the galaxies are nearing their ultimate end. However, Riot has a few more curves to add to the mix, including a potential meta shift with numerous XNUMX-star buffs on their way.

Between mechs, protectors, and some hyperkaryas like Jinx, the TFT Galaxies meta was pretty balanced. While the scales fluctuated from one side to the other, the premise of balance still remained the same.

The meta hasn't gotten bored with any imagination, but players may get some shock from TFT Patch 10.16. While there are certain smaller buffs for traits and champions, a trend has been found ⁠ - three star units get huge defense and the hyper throw meta could be on the way.

All of this and more is what to expect from the next Teamfight Tactics patch update due out on Wednesday, August 5th.

Weak trait of Battlecast gets more buffs

Battlecast has been improved with the Mid-Set update in TFT Galaxies. The new trait hasn't changed, and while certain units like Urgot have found their place in the meta, others haven't.

Riot plans to give the dash another leg in TFT Patch 10.16. The unit's healing and damage on 4, 6, and 8 units will increase by 20, 70, and 220, respectively, for every 10 instances of dealing or receiving damage.

The Battlecast Illaoi and Nocturne units will also receive individual buffs. Ilaoi's ability damage and resistance steal will be drastically increased by three stars, while Nocturne will also receive a damage increase at max rank.

Major buffs to XNUMX-star units raise concerns about new hyper-roll meta

Speaking of Illaoi and Nocturne's three-star buffs, they're something of a trend in TFT Patch 10.16. Riot seems to be looking to increase the power of max champions by sending numerous buffs to units at all costs.

A total of 21 of the playable units are confused. All of these changes will have some effect on their three-star stats, mainly targeting ability damage. This includes the likes of Riven who gets increased shields and damage, Vayne with extra AD, and Nautilus with longer stuns.

These changes to end abilities - and the amount of shipments - have affected players in regards to possible return to meta hyper-throw . While Riot has publicly stated that they think the current TFT meta is in good shape , these changes could change the course of the battle as we near the end of the Galaxies set.
