League of Legends patch 12.19 will bring a fair amount of changes to the game now that Riot Games is not focusing updates on the upcoming 2022 World Cup.
There will be quite a few balance changes this time around as there are multiple champions next week League of Legends will be hit by nerfs and buffs.
The developers of League of Legends provided the players with a preview of the update 12.19 and information on what players can expect in the official patch.

The release of patch 12.19 will take place on the night of October 5, 2022. Earlier, League of Legends released update 12.18, which weakened Hecarim and Miss Fortune, as well as buffed Lee Sin, Ash and other heroes.
