The first Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 3 update is coming up, so we've put together all the patch info so you can see what features are coming with the 22.10 update.
Now that the dust has settled after running 4 seasons 3 chapters fortnite, Epic Games has the first patch of the season officially known as version 22.10 lined up and ready to go.
Beyond change Boogie Woogie Bombs, this update will include the release of Battle Pass super styles and possibly new weapons known as Explosive Goo Gun.

Fortnite 22.10 Update Server Downtime Details
Fortnite 22.10 update downtime expected to begin Tuesday, October 4, 2022 at around 1 AM PT / 4 AM ET / 11 AM ET.
We don't know how long the downtime will last, but based on previous mid-season updates, it will likely be somewhere between one and two hours.
Description of the Fortnite 22.10 update
Super Styles will arrive this season
If you've already unlocked your favorite skins in the Battle Pass 4 seasons 3 chapters fortnite, you'll be happy to know that this season's Super Styles are being added to the game with the 22.10 update.
We don't know which skin will get the makeover - or what it will look like - but we'll keep you posted as soon as they're released. They are currently scheduled for Thursday, October 6th.
Dark Adept Quests will be unlocked
Anyone who has unlocked the Pickaxe of the Adept, Gift of nothingness, probably noticed that there is a series of dark quests to complete in order to unlock additional styles for cosmetics.
Although these quests have not been available until now, they are expected to be released on Thursday, October 6, 2022, so you should be able to get these extra styles very soon!
Will Explosive Goo Gun be released?
A brand new weapon known as the Explosive Goo Gun has been showcased in a trailer 4 seasons 3 chapters fortnite, but it wasn't in the loot pool at launch, leading some players to wonder where it was.
Leaks predicted that Explosive Goo Gun will be added with the 22.10 update, so we keep our fingers crossed!
Boogie-woogie bomb becomes vaulted
You may have been surprised to see that Boogie-woogie bomb remained after the launch of the new season, but it does not stay for long as Epic Games confirmed that it is being updated with the 22.10 update.
Fortnite 22.10 update bugs fixed
There are quite a few bug fixes, which will ship with the 22.10 update. You may not always notice them, but they are essential to keep the game running smoothly for everyone.
Here are all the bug fixes to expect:
- Hair is cut through headdresses on several outfits.
- VFX can persist after being eliminated in the vortex.
- Players get stuck when passing through Chrome areas in Herald's Sanctum.
- Sliding may cause flashing colors when you point the camera down.
- Some trees under the Chrome effect look angular.
- Storm notifications may appear lower than usual.
- Items spawned from item drops do not count towards the player's tracker in Creative.
- Trap tiles cannot be disabled when built on top of them in Save The World.
- The keyboard may not appear for some GeForce NOW players on iOS.
- The Reset to Last Saved Position button in the huD Layout Tool does not reset all buttons to the last saved position.
