Fortnite update v17.50 is just around the corner and it is expected to be a big update as it is the last patch before the end of Season 17. Here's everything you need to know about it.

Season 17 of Fortnite has been one of the best in recent memory, with many exciting additions such as the Alien Mothership minigame. concert Ariana Grande and the long-awaited appearance Superman from DC comics.

But now it's only two weeks away from the debut of Season 18, which means there's still time for one final update to keep players busy for the final stretch and (hopefully) add all the files needed for the big final event to complete the alien storyline!

Easy To Update Fortnite v17.50 Expected To Start Tuesday, August 30, 2021 at approximately 1:00 AM PDT / 4AM EDT / 9AM BST / 10AM CEST .

Judging by previous updates this season, downtime can last from an hour to two hours, depending on the amount of content added.

Season 17 final event

We don't have details on the upcoming Season 17 final event yet, but the 17.50 update should add all the files needed to run it.

The countdown is expected to arrive on Friday, September 3, similar to the previous Rift Tour countdown. The event will likely end the battle between the Imagined Order and the alien invaders.

The steel truss will be stolen

In recent weeks, both Coral Fortress and Nectar Basin have been abducted by aliens in their battle with the Imagined Order, with insiders warning that the farm will be the last POI to join them.

This makes sense considering that the base of the Imaginary Order is hidden underneath. It's likely that this kidnapping will be the catalyst for everything that happens in the season 17 finale.

Kevin Cube is back?

Throughout Season 7, there have been numerous teasers from both the developers and known whistleblowers of the return of Kevin Cube, the mysterious object that caused havoc back in the first season of Chapter 1 X.

We'll have to wait and see when the Kevin Cube returns, but it will most likely have something to do with the season 17 finale. If not, then we can expect to see him at the start of Season 18.

NaboR Squad Fortnite Burning Wolf

The next Crew Pack-exclusive skin, Burning Wolf, and related cosmetic items will be available to Fortnite Crew subscribers starting Wednesday, September 1, 2021.

This is the first of three skins that will appear in the First Shadows pack over the next few months.

Shang-Chi crossover

It won't arrive with the v17.50 update, but miners have said that a crossover with the latest Marvel movie, Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, will arrive in Fortnite on Thursday, September 2nd.

Bug fixes in Fortnite 17.50 update

Along with the new features listed above, Epic Games will also fix a number of bugs in version 17.50 to improve the overall gaming experience. You can see these bug fixes below:

Battle royale issues

• Loss of item functionality after switching from Prop-ifier to Consumable.

creative problems

• Adding a Skydome Device to the hotbar resets the island visually.
• Players are ejected from vehicles in shallow water.
• Android players cannot use the color picker to change the color.

Save the world

• The Bouncy Shield SGT Tank Gatling perk no longer procs.
• Inaccurate description of Goin' Constructor in the game.
