According to her father Draffa , Dione is now in the rebel phase. For reasons not entirely clear - though possibly Draff's implied alcoholism - Diona seeks to mix the most disgusting alcoholic beverages possible and destroy Mondstadt's wine industry. Unfortunately for her, her patrons are very fond of her drinks, much to her dismay.

Dione is a small girl with fair skin and short pink hair. Part of her hair is pulled back into a tight pigtail at the front of her head. She also has pink, black, and white cat ears, teal green eyes, and round eyebrows. Dione's feline features are similar to a calico cat.
Dione wears a large dark indigo cap and shorts of the same color with golden paw decorations. She also wears a pale pink sleeveless shirt with an orange-yellow scarf, pale pink sleeves, and white gloves with light pink paw patterns on the underside.
