NieR Automata is a third-person Action RPG. The game is a direct sequel to NieR. Events unfold around the invasion of aliens on Earth. Due to its helplessness, humanity is forced to hide on the moon. Exiled humanity created an army of androids, designed to repel the horde of machines, but could only slow down its progress. To remedy the situation, a new generation of android soldiers, the YoRHa unit, was thrown right into the thick of the fight. Down there, among the abandoned ruins, the flames of war are raging. A war that will soon reveal a long-forgotten secret of the world. You have to take control of one of the effeminate androids named "2B", which will be assisted by the flying drone "Pod" - a faithful companion of the main character and will allow her to climb unattainable obstacles and distract enemies.
