Unexpected Fortnite Update 11.50.1 Affected Xbox, iOS and Switch

Epic Games has released a surprise update 11.50.1 for Fortnite Chapter XNUMX for Xbox and iOS, which is also coming to Nintendo Switch soon.
The developers of the popular Battle Royale title are gearing up for the release of Season 2, bringing to an end the longest season in Fortnite history, which kicks off on February 20 after two delays.
Since the release of the previous game update, patch 11.50 On February 5th, players are experiencing various stability issues with the game and it looks like this update will now resolve them.
As with the start of Chapter 2 last year, there is a complete lack of official release notes for this update, although a fix such as this suggests that Epic is still addressing some of the in-game bugs found since the last fix.
This update was first confirmed by the official French Fortnite account on February 11th. According to Twitter's built-in translation system, it reads: "No, your consoles/iPhones aren't lying to you. We have just installed patch 11.50.1 on iOS and Xbox One to fix stability issues. The update will also be available soon on Nintendo Switch. "
Ever since patch 11.50 came out, which was supposed to bring back the Launch Pad in all its glory and implement a new game engine, it actually seems to have broken the returning item - overshadowing their long-awaited arrival.
The introduction of the revamped Unreal Chaos Engine has led the game's developers to admit that revives are not working properly, players are having difficulty using launch pads, and Turner'Had' Tenney even found a problem on approach after using it (characters hang in the air, spoiling the landing).
Epic Games has previously stated, that their next update will put an end to the frustrating vulnerabilities bug when using the pickaxe.
