<game_folder>\Phoenix\Plugins\ChromaSDKPlugin\Binaries\Win64
If a pirate or repack with an EMPRESS crack, then the file engine.ini place with replacement at:
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Phoenix\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
If a licensed copy of the game, then the file engine.ini place with replacement at:
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Hogwarts Legacy\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
