In today's article, we're going to take a look at all the best heroes in LEGO Legacy: Heroes Unboxed and tell you who we think are the best in the game!
Since there are quite a few of them, I will divide them into two categories: Builders and Explorers. And so if you want to see which ones are the best, you can also check them out under the respective category!
LEGO Legacy:Heroes Unboxed - the best builders
magisto
This is a great unit as it can be obtained by completing achievements and has a very strong ultimate as well as an overall good skill set that allows you to use buffs, debuffs and damage at the same time.
It belongs to: Builder, Support, Castle, Royal Court, Magic.
Skills:
- Basic: Magic Rocket! (Deals 70% DMG to the target, and if the enemy has 4+ buffs, has a 50% chance to remove 1 random buff from them)
- Special: Light of Might (Deals 100% damage to the target and has a 40% chance to deal an additional one)
- Gear 2: Healing Feeling (Choose a target hero that gains Payback in 1 turn and heals 10% of their MAX HP)
- Gear 4: 8×8 Round Wizard (At the start of the battle, the defense of the Castle heroes is increased by 10%, and the speed of the Royal Court heroes is increased by 5%)
- Gear 6: Morphjisto (Deals 150% damage to target, deals 2 stacks of DoT for 2 turns and Vertigo for 1 turn)
Basil the Bat Lord
He's a great tank, helping out allies and draining enemies' life to help him last longer. Basil is a great front line unit, especially if you don't have a great support unit yet.
It belongs to: Builder, Tank, Castle, Frightknight, Spooky.
Skills:
- Basic: Bat Scepter (Deals 80% damage to the target and heals himself for 10% of the damage dealt)
- Special: The Needs of Many (Consumes 35% of their MAX HP and heals other allies for 15% of their MAX HP. All active Castle heroes gain ATK Up for 1 turn)
- Gear 2: Ultimate Bat Overload (Deals 40% damage to all enemies and has a 20% chance to heal for 10% of all damage dealt, gets taunted for 2 turns)
- Gear 4: Heart of Steel (Whenever he is defeated, he heals all other heroes for 10% of their max health and gives them DEF Up for 1 turn)
- Gear 6: Destroy the Magic Dragon (Removes all buffs from all enemies and heals all heroes for 30% of their MAX HP and gives them Payback for 1 turn and ATK for 1 turn)
Princess Storm
She is a great unit as she is both a tank and an attacker. She will be great on any team at any stage, especially if you prepare her a little.
She belongs to: Builder, Attacker, Castle.
Skills:
- Basic: Vorpal Strike (Deals 90% damage to the target and Storm has a 30% chance to gain 1 stack of Courage)
- Special: Cata-Brick! (Deals 50% damage to all enemies and gains +10% bonus damage per stack of Courage on Storm, clears all stacks of Courage on her)
- Equipment 2: Endurance Defense (Gains Taunt in 2 turns and 1 stack of Courage. Has a 15% chance to get DEF UP II in 2 turns)
- Gear 4: One Strong Lady (Whenever Storm has Taunt and is attacked and damaged, she has a 50% chance to gain 1 stack of Courage)
Princess Verda
She's a great striker (and yes, another princess) who often avoids getting hit by enemies due to her Stealth abilities, which make her a great asset to the team as she can stay alive longer without much help. Oh, and she does a lot of damage and is pretty easy to get!
She belongs to: Builder, Attacker, Castle, Royal Court
Skills:
- Basic: Classic Crossbow (Deals 100% damage to enemies)
- Special: Heavy Reign (gives 50% DMG to all enemies)
- Gear 2: Sneak (gain stealth in 2 turns)
- Gear 4: Surprise Attack (at the start of the turn, if Verda has Stealth, she heals 3% of her MAX HP)

Chicken Suit Guy
He is a great hero that is available in the early game, but if you work on him, he will be great for the late game as well (since he has already received several upgrades from the early stages of the game).
It belongs to: Explorer, Attacker, Collectible, Costumed
Skills:
- Basic: What the Peck (deals 90% damage to the enemy)
- Special: Wings of Fury (Deals 50% damage to all enemies and has a 40% chance to make the target dizzy)
- Equipment 2: Drumstick Strike (Deals 110% damage to the enemies of the target and has a 40% chance to get ATK Up I in 1 turn)
- Gear 4: Spring Chicken (While it has buffs, its SPD is increased by 5%)
- Gear 6: Chicken Tender Eyes (Deals 100% damage and has a 50% chance to deal extra damage to the enemy)
Pirate Princess Argenta
She has a great basic attack that basically gives you a chance to hit 2 heroes instead of 1, and Argenta has pretty powerful skills that deal quite a lot of damage to enemies overall (single target and AoE).
She belongs to: Explorer, Attacker, Pirate, Pirate
Skills:
- Basic: Rallying Strike (Deals 100% damage to the enemy and has a 20% chance for the hero to help for 30% damage. If this hero is a pirate, the damage is doubled)
- Special: Take No Prisoners (Deals 75% DMG to the enemy and +5% bonus DMG per debuff on the target. Deals 20% DMG to all other enemies)
- Gear 2: Meet Your Matchlock (Deals 100% DMG to the opponent and deals 1 stack of DoT for 2 turns)
- Gear 4: Captain's Loyalty (at the start of combat, her skill increases by 3% for each Pirate on the team)
Admiral Nonsuch
This is a great supporter that synergizes great with Argenta and many others, so it's a good piece to add to your team and improve, because not only does he render enemies useless (pretty much), but he also deals massive damage.
It belongs to: Explorer, Support, Pirate, Imperial, Judgment
Skills:
- Basic: Gentleman Duelist (Deals 80% damage to the enemy, adds 10% damage bonus for each buff on the target)
- Special: Ship Shape (Deals 110% damage to target and removes 1 debuff from self)
- Gear 2: Nowhere to Run (Deals 25% DMG to all enemies, adds +15% bonus DMG to opponents who have Stealth)
- Gear 4: Bluecoat Admiral (10% chance to gain debuff immunity for 1 turn at end of turn)
- Gear 6: Boarding Party (Admiral Nonsuch heals 80% of his MAX HP and buffs all enemies for 2 turns)
