В Legends of Runeterra cards were divided based on their rarity. To find out which group a particular card belongs to, simply look at the little sign at the bottom of each card.
The picture above shows the general map. This is indicated by the green triangle visible at the bottom of the map - exactly in the middle, between the points of attack and defense. Each card was marked with the appropriate sign and color.
General cards
You can identify community cards by their green triangle. Regular cards can usually be found in chests, so you can collect a lot of them quickly. Due to the frequency of occurrence, they often appear multiple times, which can be a little annoying.
Rare cards
Rare cards may be indicated by a blue square. They have a higher value than Common Cards and are available in limited quantities in chests. As with regular cards, most decks have a large number of rare cards.
Epic Cards
Epic cards have a purple mark and are extremely rare. They have much more value and are more powerful than the aforementioned Common and Rare cards. Some of the epic cards are so dangerous that they can instantly destroy the selected enemy unit and even deal direct damage to the enemy The nexus .
Champions
Champion cards are marked in gold. They are the most valuable both in terms of additional skills and in terms of collectible value. Champion cards are hard to come by and expensive to craft, so it can take a while before you can get a decent set of them.
Spells
Spells, like unit cards, are marked with the appropriate symbol and color. There are several types of spell cards, namely Common, Rare, and Epic. The golden color was reserved for champion cards, so it is not available among spell cards.
В Legends of Runeterra spells are divided into slow , fast и explosive . Each of them is useful under certain conditions and performs its task. It is worth knowing the characteristics of each spell in order to properly use it during a duel.
Slow spells
Slow spells are relatively slow, which means that their effect does not trigger immediately, and they will take effect after one turn. The most important thing is slow spells cannot be used during combat, so they are useless during an attack.

Spell Burst
Blasting spells are the fastest and their effect is instant. This means that the opponent cannot react to such a spell. Most importantly, after using the spell " Explosion » Your turn does not end, so you can still take an additional action.
