Here is a detailed guide to all the achievements in Doki Doki Literature Club Plus!
The guide contains spoilers!

It is recommended to complete the game at least once before getting all the achievements.

There are 19 achievements in total in the game.

Start a new game.

This achievement is not given if you just click "new game" on your first login.
It is given when you start a "New Game", after the first "End". After the sameend of the first act).

Doki Doki Poetry Slam (Hidden)

Spend so much time writing a poem that the music starts all over again.

Just write a poem for about two minutes and the achievement will unlock.

General advice for all girls: it may be that there is not a single word in the list that matches the character you need. To avoid such situations, I advise you to save before writing a poem.

To do this, read the file Project plan.txt, located in files on the desktop inside the game (not on your computer).

The file is located in the following path: for internal use > 2 > 2 > 1.

Attention! You can open a file only at a certain time. As you have noticed, the time on the in-game desktop is synchronized with the time on your PC. You can open this file only at 2:40. Just change the time in your Windows settings, expand the game, open the file and get the achievement:

Ruin the game.

The achievement will unlock when you delete Monica's file inside the game. This can be done at the end of Act 3, when she will conduct an endless Monologue by going to the "desktop" and deleting monica.chr from the "characters" folder.

Achievement is given when passing the game to the normal ending (Just Moneca).
That is, go through the game on one of the routes, reach the 4th act (Sayori will become the president of the literature club), just like in the previous version of DDLC (only in this remove can no longer be in the Steam folders, but on the desktop of the game itself).
The achievement will unlock after Monica plays the piano for you and you watch the credits. After them, you will see Monica's letter and the achievement will open.

Error (hidden)

Your desktop wallpaper cannot be set due to lack of administrator rights on this computer. For more information, contact your system administrator.

The achievement will unlock if you change the wallpaper on the in-game desktop. You can change them by going to the "Images" tab and selecting any picture (not necessarily from the "Wallpapers" section). The first time the wallpaper will change to a picture of Monica and you will get an achievement.

Delete Monica twice after being deleted 0 times.

In fact, the achievement is given simply after you have removed Monica from the "characters" folder in the files (inside the game) for the second time. That is, after the second passage of the 4th act.

Friendship and Literature

Complete all side stories.

They are located on the desktop in the tab "Add. stories:

Each individual story has unique art (they are amazing), and after you complete all of them, you will see the credits of Doki Doki Literature Club Plus! and the last, final art.

Dan says hi (hidden)

Find Dan's special note.

Quite a difficult achievement. It is unlocked when you finish the game on special ending.

To get this ending, you need to see all the art with the girls that are in the game (during the credits after the normal ending, the unlocked art is black and white, and in this ending, they are all in the original color).

To unlock all arts and get a special ending, you need to:

Save the game before writing your very first poem
Complete one of the routes (each poem, starting with this first, must be written for one girl; a list of words that each girl will like can be seen in the achievements Perfect! Sayori, Perfect! Yuri and Perfect! Natsuki; not necessarily all one girl liked the words, the main thing is to like most words). I advise you to start with Natsuki/Yuri.
As soon as you looked at the art with the girl of your choice and reached the meeting with Sayori, when you faced a choice "I love you. / You will always be my closest friend.” - WITHOUT SELECTING ANYTHING, we save the game.
We load the very first save (before writing the first poem) and go through the root of the next girl. If first you passed Natsuki, now you pass Yuri - and vice versa. Save again before choosing "I love you. / You will always be my closest friend.”. Ruth Sayori is the last to go through (in general, you can do it in any order, but it’s more convenient IMHO). On Sayori's route, you need to unlock the art where the main character fastens her jacket + where she hurt herself and sits on the floor. I advise you to save on this route after Monica asks you which of the girls to help, and you choose "Sayori…". You will be told that she is already helping Monica. After that, save.
And so, we have three saves from each route. Now we load the second one (when you first faced the choice "I love you. / You will always be my closest friend.”) and choose "I love you.", thus we will unlock the art where Sayori hugs the main character and cries.
We go through the game to the end: act 2, act 3 (the choice of words for poems from this moment is unimportant), at the end of the third we delete Monica and start a new game again - act 4 begins. Pass it and get the achievement.

Unlike the normal ending, Sayori, who has become the president of the club, will thank you not for removing Monika, but for playing in the Doki Doki Literature Club. Here she certainly speaks through the mouth of the developer. Well, that is, you completed the game as much as possible, spending time with all the girls and looking at all the art, the saves show this, and the developer appreciates us for this:

Well, after that, we are shown the credits and instead of Monica's letter and the "Thank you" achievement, as in the usual ending, we receive a letter from the developer - Dan Salvato - and the "Dans says hi" achievement:

Listen to a lot of what Monica has to say.

Left alone with Monica, listen to her until you get the achievement. She will talk to you about books, ask you to follow her on Twitter, and so on.
Will take about 30 minutes.

Breakthrough

Collect 100% data collection.

The hardest achievement in the game.

Complete only after getting all the others (this achievement includes many others, in general).

You can monitor your progress in the settings:

To get 100%, you must, firstly, collect absolutely all the pictures in the "images" tab on the desktop: for this you need to go through all the roots, all additional plots, and also collect all the secrets.

Secrets is the section in images that contains special poems and one secret background.

There are 9 special poems in total. Each time you start a new game (from act 1), the game randomly selects 3 special poems that will appear in the second act:

These poems can easily be repeated, which means you should be lucky to get those special poems that you don’t have: for this you will have to replay the game many times (not completely, but until the second act: when you open the third special verse, you can exit and start again; to simplify the passage, I personally used a macro to endlessly press the spacebar - this is how the game goes through to Monica literally by itself, but if you set the macro to spam LMB, the skip will stop at elections / writing poems).

Pay attention to secret 4, "LOOK AT THE POINT TO SEE THE SECRET MESSAGE". If you skip the game with a macro farming secrets, then you will not be able to open this one: in order for it to be unlocked, you need to wait a bit, look at the point. After a while, the dot will be replaced by an inscription - that's when the secret will open:

The tenth secret is a rare background of the main menu, which can be caught when starting the DDLC in the second act with a 1.6% chance.
Just get to the second act, exit to the in-game desktop and run "DDLC" until this background comes across. It took me about an hour. If not caught, exit to the desktop again and run "DDLC" again. Before the background clicks, there will be an inscription “the end” in the middle of the screen, and instead of music, some Chernobyl sounds.
This is what this rare main menu background looks like, the chance to catch it is 1.6% :

We go further: sections "Wallpaper", "Sketches" and "Additions".
Practically EACH the image in these sections has a special acquisition condition (collection procedure), here is a list of all the conditions (not counting the simple ones like “pass this add-on” or arts from roots and, in general, those that automatically open when completing other achievements):

Sketch 3: Erase Monica's character file before starting a new game (before Act 1).
Wallpaper 19: Choose the word "kawaii" in a poetry game (there is info that when loading a save it doesn't count + there is a chance that when choosing one of the three words (the other two below) the next two that occurred in the same poem will not count for the image)
Sketch 1: Choose the word "knock knock" in the poetry game.
Addition 8: Choose the word "horror" in the poetry game.
Add-on 5: Get all special poems (about them above).
Sketch 16: In Act 1, call Sayori for help when Natsuki and Yuri are fighting.
Sketch 2: In Act 1, offer to help Sayori and Monika on the weekend first, and only then choose Natsuki or Yuri.
Sketch 17: In Act 1, tell Sayori that you'd rather take her home.
Extras 1-3: In Act 1, write poems for different girls in each chapter.
Sketch 8: In Act 1, try to load the saved file after Sayori's death.
Sketch 20: In Act 2, select the damaged word in the poetry game (appears in the list with a 50% chance).
Extra 6: In Act 2, survive the weekend without hitting the "Skip" button once (when a bloody Yuri dies on the floor; hitting the space bar is not childish).
Sketch 11: In Act 3, delete Monica's character file before she starts her monologue.
Sketch 15: In Act 3, press the "Skip" button while Monica is talking (the button will become available after a pause after the first part of the monologue)
Sketch 12: Provided by email (we check all letters).
Sketch 18: Check the wordpoetry.txt file for anomalies (files > game > wordspoetry.txt).
Addendum 4: In Act 3, listen to at least 15 of Monica's monologues.

Pay attention to the track "Candy Hearts (feat. Jason Hayes)", located on the 24th line. A strange thing will happen to him: some time after you first listen to his first version, lasting 2:55, he will be replaced by his creep version, lasting 1:07 (you may need to restart the game), and when you listen this version, after a while it will become the 25th in the list, it will acquire a duration of 0:59 and will be called "Candy Heartz (feat. Jason Hayes)" (instead of hearts - heartz), returning the old version to its place, lasting 2:55 . Together with the heartz version, the total number of tracks will be 26:
