New rumors have surfaced suggesting that NBA legend LeBron James will be the next big name celebrity to get his very own Icon Fortnite series skin.
The ICON series has already created unique cosmetics for top streamers such as Ninja, Loserfruit and TheGrefg, but there are also a number of celebrities who have joined the series. We've seen football stars Harry Kane and Marco Reus get their own icon skins, as well as pop idols like Neymar and Travis Scott.
Considering how big Fortnite is, stars are always happy to get involved and get their likeness in the game, and fans love to buy skins and support their favorite artists or athletes.
LeBron will be no stranger to how big Fortnite is as his son Bronnie is a member of the FaZe community and now the basketball star is about to really dive into the gaming world with his own Fortnite gear.

The LeBron James Skin is expected to hit the Fortnite Merchandise Store on Wednesday, July 14, 2021. The exact time is currently unknown.
How to unlock LeBron's skin and cosmetics
Although the price of the LeBron James skin has yet to be confirmed by Epic Games, it is likely that it will cost anywhere from 1500 to 2000 V-bucks. This estimate is based on previous prices for similar skins.
Information was leaked that LeBron would come with additional cosmetics such as a pickaxe and back bling. This means there will most likely also be a LeBron James set, which we predict will cost around 2500 V-bucks.
The LeBron James skin also comes with a makeup kit to work with the skin. So far, Epic Games has confirmed the following snippets:

To unlock them, all you have to do is damage players in 23 different matches. They all have the same requirement, and it is common. So, once you do that, you will successfully unlock them all, as long as you own the skin.

The first style of the skin includes a sleek, all-black suit with gold lion detailing, the second style includes a 'Taco Tuesday' aqua tee and cargo shorts, and the third style is based on his new “Tune Squad” set.
All of this serves as the perfect complement to July 2021's Space Jam: A New Legacy, which will feature LeBron in the 1996 Space Jam sequel starring Michael Jordan.
To add to the hype, well-known insider Lucas7yoshi leaked a set of cosmetics that works alongside the skin. It has everything from backpacks like his number and wings to sunglasses, a lion head pickaxe and more.
