In Tower Defense Simulator, you can collect many towers in your inventory. However, some of these towers are not available in the Store, such as Cowboy. This unique tower can only be unlocked by completing a specific map. Find out how to do it below!
How to get Cowboy in Roblox Tower Defense
To get Cowboy in Tower Defense Simulator you have to pass Badlands map in Fallen mode. Molten is Normal, Gold is Hard, and Fallen is Extreme. Previously, Cowboy could be obtained in Molten Mode, but in the October update, he became more difficult to unlock. The Cowboy Tower is definitely not unlockable in Easy Mode either.
For Badlands to be considered a winner, you must survive all 40 rounds. As you progress, the map becomes more difficult, and stronger waves of enemies appear in greater numbers. You will need to react quickly, add as many towers as you can, and upgrade your towers as you progress. If you play as a team, proper communication is key - don't be afraid to use the chat.
There really is no "correct" way to complete the Badlands map, as it depends on the type of towers you (and your team) have in your inventory. With that said, we've put together a few strategic tips to help streamline the process. Check them out below:
- Build farms once you have enough towers on the field. Farms bring in extra money, and the more you build, the faster your income will grow over time.
- Place farms away from roads so that there is room in the towers to defeat zombies.
- Upgrade your farms for extra money.
- Fully upgrade your towers. This will make them as strong as possible to take out the zombies you will need as you progress.
- If necessary, sell useless towers to replace the field with even stronger ones.
- If you are on a team: communicate! Everyone should have a role. Divide the map into sections by players. If your partition is getting extra hits, get help.
At the end of round 40, you will receive a badge for completing Badlands and getting Cowboy. The Cowboy Tower will be in your inventory when you return to the main hub.
