The Bundesliga has received its latest special card in the form of Paulinho rule breakers. The Bayer Leverkusen winger has received a special 84-rated card as part of the latest promo and is available to unlock via goals over the next seven days.
How do I get the Paulinho Offenders card in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team?
EA Sports has released a new game mode, Live FUT Friendlies, with the goal of hosting rules-breaker-themed goals. This is an online game mode that involves fans competing against online opponents with certain squad restrictions in an attempt to complete specific requirements set out in a goal.
This new Live FUT Friendlies mode is called Rulebreakers Rush. As the name suggests, it has a No Rules match type. Here are the squad restrictions that gamers must comply with in order to participate in this game mode:

Should I complete Paulinho missions in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team?
Quite interesting is the concept of Rulebreakers, where the players receive increased special items that redefine their usual style of play. The promotion involves boosting a particular card's stats to a large extent while lowering another's stat.
In Paulinho's case, EA Sports has downgraded his dribbling a little while at the same time boosting his shooting a lot. He has received significant upgrades to all of his attributes with the exception of his dribbling, but the upgrade to his shooting ability is by far the most drastic.
This makes him extremely viable in the game as he now has a combination of 93 pace, 84 shots and 80 physicality. His dribbling stats weren't completely wiped out either. All these factors make his card an extremely attractive option for any FUT team.
