Epic Games has confirmed the next console Fortnite Celebration Cup on PS4. You can get an exclusive reward for participating in it, so let's check this information.
While waiting for new content and 12 seasons of fortnite, Epic Games have confirmed that they will be hosting a PlayStation 4-only tournament before the start of the new season.
The tournament will be held according to a scheme similar to the Xbox-only, which took place back in July. Players will compete in their own region for a share of the amazing $1 prize pool, but for those who haven't made it to the top, there are still exclusive rewards that set you apart from some of your battle royale foes.
However, you won't be able to get these rewards just like that. Only the top 5% of players will claim the Hoodie skin, the top 25% will claim the Accent pickaxe, and the top 50% of players will claim the Down! graffiti.
It's unknown if the exclusive free cosmetics will stack based on your finishing position, so we can't say for sure if you end up finishing in the top 5%. Can you get all three awards? However, this seems to be true.
However, to be eligible to participate in the PlayStation event, you will need to ensure that your Fortnite account is at least level 15 and that your account has Epic Games two-factor authentication enabled.
If you qualify, cosmetics can be won on the first day - February 15 - after the tournament appears in the Challenges tab in Fortnite. The second day - February 16 - is dedicated to the drawing of money, and 4000 of the best players will share the prize. So, good luck!
