How to Get the Mei Legendary Skin for Free Before the Overwatch 2 Summer Event Starts
The Legendary Sprinkles Mei skin typically costs 1,9 Overwatch Coins, which is roughly equal to $20 when converted to real currency. However, Blizzard has decided to give away this skin for free ahead of the Overwatch 2 Summer Event.
Of course, this disappointed players who had previously paid full price for this legendary skin. Here's how to get the Sprinkles Mei skin for free:
- Launch the Overwatch 2 client via Blizzard.net and go to the Store section of the main menu.
- In the "Shop" section, find the Sprinkles Mei skin, which will be displayed with the "0" icon of Overwatch coins.
- Click on it and select "Get Free".
- After obtaining the skin, go to the “Hero Preview” section and select Mei. The Sprinkles Mei skin will be available in her cosmetic item list and will be immediately equippable.
