How to Play Pokémon GO - Game Guide
The Pokemon Go guide will speed up the learning process and talk about basic things: system requirements, terms, how to catch Pokemon, find things, increase the level, and more. Separate articles will tell you about game secrets and help you get rare items.
Guide - how to play Pokemon Go
The game has a low entry threshold, Pokemon Go is easy to play for both beginners and players unfamiliar with the game universe. It takes a little time to learn the basics.
Setting
The player will be able to zoom in and out of the map while moving. In addition, you can turn on the battery saving mode, which is especially useful if you do not have a spare battery.
Management
The player assumes the role of management. It is enough to go for a walk and the virtual coach from the game will follow. Use your phone's touch screen to interact with menus, Pokémon, and locations on the map.
The controls are easy to use and easy to get used to in a short period of time. Players using Pokemon Go Plus need to turn on Bluetooth on their phone.
Let's start the game
Before you start your journey, you need to download Pokemon Go, familiarize yourself with the basic terms and learn the controls.
Creating a trainer and changing appearance
At the very beginning, the player will be asked to create their own Pokemon Go trainer. He or she will become the player's unique avatar as they travel the world.
The player will be able to change the character's name and appearance through various cosmetic settings: gender, face, hair, eye color, hat, shirt, pants, shoes, and backpack.
Team selection
After the final choice of the trainer's appearance and name, the player will be able to start playing Pokémon Go and explore the game world. In the end, you have to get to the gym. After visiting the hall, the player will be prompted to choose one of three teams: Stealth - blue, Valor - red, Intuition - yellow.
Note: Level 5 must be reached before entering the gym.
If you plan to play Pokemon GO with friends, then team selection is very important. Players from the same team will be able to perform joint actions in the game: defend and capture other people's territories (more on this later).
Before choosing a team, be sure to consult with your friends.
