How to Get the Borderlands Psycho Pack for Free in Fortnite

Epic Games and 2K have announced a special collaboration ahead of the release of Borderlands 3 and that means you can get your hands on a free set of cosmetic items for your Fortnite character.
Battle Royale fans know that the southeast corner of the island has become Pandora from the franchise. Borderlands, and players who enter the area adopt a more comic style based on the graphics of the legendary 2K game.
Fans were also able to purchase the Psycho cosmetic set from the in-game store, and while it's no longer available for purchase, you can still get the new gear, back ornament, and harvesting tool for free.
How to get the Fortnite Psycho Pack for free?
Thanks to a partnership between Epic Games and 2K, anyone who would like to get their hands on the Psycho Bundle simply has to buy Borderlands 3 when it officially releases on Friday, September 13th worldwide. Pre-orders will also reward players with this pack.
Once you've purchased any version of the game between its launch date and December 31, 2020, the bundle will be automatically added to their Fortnite account, ready to use whenever you want.
If you're purchasing Borderlands 3 on Xbox One or PS4, you'll need to make sure your account is linked to an Epic Games account in order to receive the bundle.
What's in the Fortnite Psycho Pack?
Players who unlock their free pack will receive three items courtesy of the developers, including a Psycho skin based on the protagonist of Borderlands.
You'll also get a custom CL4PTR4P robot on your back and a brand new pickaxe for your victories in style.
What should I do if I already bought the Psycho Bundle from the Fortnite seasonal store?
If you've already spent your hard-earned V-bucks on the set but intend to buy Borderlands 3 too, the good news is that you took your time buying this cool cosmetics set.
For those who bought the pack at release and also buy themselves a copy of Borderlands 3, you will get 2000 V-Bucks back directly into your Fortnite account, essentially refunding you the cost of the pack and allowing you to purchase other items from the store.
The Psychic Pack was enhanced with free cosmetic items that could be earned by completing "Welcome to Pandora" limited-time event quests. Unfortunately, they could only be obtained during this LTM mode.
