Death Ball: The Hunt badge and how to get it [guide]
To get the Death Ball The Hunt badge, you must defeat the raid boss named Korblox. To do this, go to The Hunt First Edition entrance (hard to miss) in the main lobby and press E to enter the boss lobby. You'll be taken to the Raid Lobby, and once loaded, you'll come to The Hunt: First Edition door to queue up. Each game can only accommodate 14 people, but you can play with fewer players so it won't take you long to get started.
When a boss fight begins, you get the ability to bounce balls back, just like in a regular game of Death Ball, until the boss's red health bar runs out. You have five lives, so use them wisely. Each time you miss the ball, your health is reduced by one life. If you lose all five lives, you are out of the battle.
However, the boss will use special attacks that you need to avoid, such as Stomp and others.
When the boss uses the Stomp technique, a blue beam appears on the field, which moves from one end of the field to the other. To avoid this, simply jump over the beams. They can use this technique once or several times in a row, so they will have to avoid several beams in a row.
After the boss takes some damage, he will start using other moves. One of them is an attack, indicated in red. After a few seconds, all the red markers will explode, creating a beam of light upward. To avoid damage, you need to avoid being in an area covered in red. Remember that you still need to keep hitting balls back at the boss.
The more health Corblox has, the more moves he will use at once. For example, blue “Stomp” beams and red lights may begin to appear simultaneously, and the speed of their movement will increase.
When Korblox reaches less than half health, he will begin using new moves such as Silence and Summoning Balls. “Silence” affects all players and deprives them of the ability to use their skills, having to rely only on the “Reflection” technique. This effect wears off after a while and players can use their abilities again.
At first the balls look large and are easy to avoid, but then smaller balls appear. However, their movement is similar to blue beam attacks and can be simply jumped over.
When Korblox reaches only a quarter of his health, he begins using all of these moves at once, filling the entire screen with his attacks. After defeating the boss, players receive the "The Hunt" badge in Death Ball Roblox.
