How to activate the console in Half-Life: Alyx

You must make the console and console commands active before starting the game. To do this, follow these simple steps: 

1. Make sure Half-Life:Alyx is not running
2. Open the Steam Library and right click on Half-Life:Alyx
3. In the menu that appears, select "Properties"
4. In the main tab, click "Select launch options"
5. Copy and paste the following line: -console -vconsole
6. Click "OK"
