You can find the blacksmith Wagner in Mondstadt.
Talk to Wagner to start the quest.
Wagner will send you for 3 pieces of iron . You can find them near Mondstadt.
You can mine iron pieces from black stones. Attack them with your sword to collect them.
After breaking the black stones, you can collect them by pressing the hint icon.
Return to Mondstadt and talk to Wagner.
Forge 1 upgrade ore to complete the quest.
