Genshin Impact - Where to Find Filanemo Mushroom
Our guide on where to find the Filanemo mushroom in the popular Genshin Impact gacha.
It's pretty easy to lose time while playing Genshin Impact and you might say to yourself "I'll complete my daily quests and then I'll stop playing and it'll be hours before you know it." With so many mechanics in the game and countless things to do, it's no wonder people spend so much time in the gorgeous world of Teyvat. If you're just starting out on your adventure, then you have tons of things to look forward to!
One of those things is reaching the 20th adventure rank and unlock battle pass . Inside the battle pass, you have a variety of missions to complete, and in the Weekly Missions section, there is a challenge to get 100 Local Delicacies of Mondstadt (Cooking Tour) . The Filanemo mushroom is one such local dish, so where can you find it?
Filanemo mushroom
The Filanemo mushroom is usually found under the eaves of houses, but the best place to look for them is in the windmill town of Mondstadt and around Springvale, which is south of Mondstadt. They are located not on the floor, but on the houses themselves, usually directly in front of the roof of the house. You can actually buy them from an NPC traveling merchant named Chloris for 1000 Mora per item, but you can only buy 5 every 3 days or so. She can usually be found in the Windrise area.
For users playing as Barbara, Klee and Monet, Filanemo mushrooms are required as they are used as materials for their climbing . Each of these characters uses Phylanmo Mushrooms as the base material, so 168 Phylanmo Mushrooms are required to ascend one character. This means if you use 2 of those characters you need 336 and 504 if you use all 3 characters! That's a lot of mushrooms!
The best way to do this is to complete the weekly mission and harvest 100 Mondstadt's local delicacies at the same time, as the Filanemo mushroom counts towards this total. However, this simply means that it will take longer for your characters to ascend!
