Where to Find Downed Black Helicopter in Fortnite

Fortnite season 6 has a new set of quests called "The Omen", and you'll need to research a downed black helicopter to complete them.
As Fortnite Season 16 draws to a close, players will no doubt be looking for the last few chances to earn much-needed XP to level up their Battle Pass and unlock any latest cosmetics and skins they're missing.
Thankfully, Epic Games is introducing a new line of challenges called The Omen." In addition to offering 24 XP each upon completion, they also appear to be hinting at a potential alien invasion in Season 000.
One of the first quests players will need to complete is to investigate the downed Black Helicopter and we have a place for you to visit!

You can find the Downed Black Helicopter next to one of the Watchtowers in the south of the Fortnite map, northwest of the Misty Meadows and Lonely Lake Island.
Head to the patch of land directly above the Guardian's Tower and look for the patch of land that has a ditch. This is where the Downed Black Helicopter will be. Just interact with him to complete the task.
By researching the helicopter, you will earn yourself 24 XP and will be able to move on to the next set of tasks as soon as they appear in the future - we will keep you posted when this happens.
What does Downed Black Helicopter mean?
Unlike regular weekly challenges, new challenges are part of the main Fortnite storyline. Each of them hints at the arrival of something from outer space. Yes, that's right: aliens are coming to Fortnite.
