Where to find and how to beat the Founder in Fortnite and get the Mythic MK-Seven

The Foundation is the new Fortnite Chapter 3 boss and he's going to give you a good beating. This guide contains tips and the best weapons to use to defeat him and get that mythical MK-Seven!
Chapter 3 has officially kicked off in Fortnite, and Epic Games has unveiled a host of features, including a "flipped" island to explore, the much-anticipated Spider-Man crossover, and a bunch of new weapons.
As always, the brand new map means a powerful new boss fight, and this time around, players will take on the Founder, who was recently revealed to be none other than Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson.
Unlike previous boss fights, the Founder isn't hostile at first - he's been a friend so far in history, so it makes sense. But if you shoot him, he will attack and won't stop until one of you is defeated.
Where to find the Founder boss in Fortnite
you can find Founder, roaming around the Sanctuary, which is the new POI east of the season 19 map. He never enters the premises, so keep looking on the paths and eventually you will find him.
We've marked where we found the Founder on the map below, but he won't always be at that point. Keep in mind that other players will most likely be here to fight The Rock as well, so proceed with caution.
How to beat the Founder boss in Fortnite
The boss will not be hostile until you attack, but once you start a fight, you will quickly realize what he has lot health. Like the powerful MK-Seven, he can summon rocks and throw them at you, which deals serious damage.
The place is also swarming with NPCs known as the Seven Sentinels who will join the fight if they are nearby. This makes the Founder a very difficult boss to deal with. much easier to win in a squad or trio, than on your own.

The best way to approach this boss is to get a medium to long range weapon and shoot from high ground in the distance. We would recommend new assault rifle MK-Seven, which has a red scope, or a classic sniper rifle.
Another trick (shared by youtuber Kanga) is to build up high, preferably with a durable material like metal, and use a harpoon gun to keep lifting the boss and then let him fall to deal a lot of fall damage.
So, here is how to beat the Founder in Fortnite:
- Head to the Vault and stock up on medium and long range weapons.
- Look for the Founder
- Shoot from afar to start the fight.
- Use the natural environment as cover or build walls to use as protection.
- Keep your distance to avoid too much damage.
- Land headshots with assault rifles or sniper rifles for maximum damage.
Once you defeat the Founder, you will be able to claim his MK-Seven mythical assault rifle. This more powerful version of MK-Seven is already one of the best weapons in chapter 3.
