Fading Twilight Genshin Impact: Bow stats, leveling and exaltation, for whom it suits

Fading dusk is a new 4-star bow available to players in Update 2.7. The new bow offers the following base stats:

- Base Secondary Stats: 6,7% Energy Recharge
- Max Base ATK: 565
- Max Secondary Stats: 30,6% Energy Recharge
Fading dusk can cause random buffs to characters who wield a bow. However, players can voluntarily change passive weapons.
The weapon has 3 states: Sunset, Mist and Dawn, each of which increases damage dealt by 6%/10%/14% respectively. After hitting an enemy, the state changes to the following, no more than once every 7 seconds. The state change effect is triggered even when the character is not on the battlefield.

Fading dusk has a much higher base attack compared to other 4-star bows. The passive provides a decent amount of damage boost, and the secondary ER stat is a great stat for Genshin Impact characters that have high energy requirements.
