The list is divided by type of elemental abilities
Pyro Characters 
Bennett
Bennett is unique in that he is not really a traditional healer and offers a team much more than just a heal, as with the right build he can be a buffer and a healer at the same time. He heals mainly through his Elemental Burst: Exciting adventure, which will either heal if the character is at or below 70% health, or buff your attack to 70%+ of Bennett's max attack, his attack ability bar.
Recommended weapon set
Diluc
Diluc is arguably the strongest DPS in the game mainly due to his low cooldowns, which allow him to use his Elemental Skill: Fire Rush and his Elemental Burst: Dawn, which does a lot of damage in a short amount of time. On top of that, his stats have high odds.
Kli
Xin Yan

Xiangling
If you combine Xiang Ling's attacks correctly, you can deal massive damage. After the fourth hit of her normal attack, you can perform a dash attack and cut through the enemy. With the constellation Oil on Fire, the last hit of her normal attack will apply the Combustion status to the enemy.
If you end up with a charged attack, all small enemies will be knocked down, helping you transition into your next attack. In addition, Xiang Ling has high mobility and is excellent at dodging.
Hu Tao
Hu Tao uses abilities element Pyro and is excellent with a spear. This is an attacking character that can increase his strength at the expense of health, and elemental blast deals massive damage and heals Hu Tao.

Hydro Characters
Barbara
Unlike other support characters, Barbara has 2 healing abilities in her arsenal (E key and ult). In addition, it has a water element, which can be advantageously combined with other elements. Albedo

Ning Guang
High single target damage due to her short animation and high damage ratio, but her lack of AoE capabilities let her down.
Noelle
Noelle is a two-handed geo-elemental that plays damage and can throw a shield on herself or allies. The rank of the character is quite average. You can make a carry or a defender out of it, which will adequately replace even Barbara. She is very much underestimated at the start of the game, and it may seem to many that she is a rather weak character. In fact, this is a hero who can deal just a nightmare amount of damage under his ult!
Zhong Li

Anemo Characters
Venti
Venti deals good damage at long range with a bow, has powerful elemental abilities and goes well with the elemental characters Pyro, Hydro and Electo.
Jean

Xiao

Bay Doe
