Guide to Stormrage event in World of Warcraft: Dragonflight. How to unlock, prepare, rewards
The latest update World of Warcraft: Dragonflight brought a ton of new features to the game. This includes a new event that players can participate in known as Storm's Fury. This event activates on the Dragon Isles every few hours and requires players to travel to Primalist's Future to fight there.
Although many DPS classes can run this event alone, it will be more fun and much easier if it is done in groups of other players. It also offers currencies and rewards for participating in this World of Warcraft: Dragonflight event.
What you need to know about the new World of Warcraft event: Dragonflight Storm's Fury
Introduced in patch 10.0.5 of World of Warcraft: Dragonflgiht, this event will be very familiar to current players. Basically, this is a more difficult version of Primal Storms and, according to the community, will be available every 5 hours.
First, players must travel to Valdrakken and travel to the Place of Essences. After talking with Zavarudu, the Storm Warning quest will be unlocked. This will force you to talk to Soridormi. This is a very short quest to activate the Storm's Fury event in World of Warcraft: Dragonflight. This will also unlock the event on your account.
Storm's Fury appears to have no cooldown and will remain active for five hours. This event will also appear on the map as an Epic World Quest. While this event is active, players will enter a Temporal Confux that will transport them to the Primalist's Future.
Players will need to fight both the elements in World of Warcraft: Dragonflight and the forces of the Primates. There are four Elemental Portals in this area, which players capture by standing next to them, similar to what you do on the battlefield. However, enemies appear in waves to try and thwart your efforts.
To spawn the Stormrage event boss, you must close all four portals. Keep an eye on them, because the enemies can go and reopen the portal that was closed, forcing you to work on it again. This is what makes teamwork so important to this World of Warcraft: Dragonflight event.
This is not the only thing to be aware of for Storm's Fury. Players will also have to endure freezing debuff that deals damage and will stack up to 20 times. You can remove this with heat lover. Provisional Squadron Quartermaster will sell you Field Deployable Heat Sourcewho makes fire. You and your allies around him for 15 seconds will also get the Heat buff.
you also you can purchase Scale Weapons, which restores Timewalker's Resistance Defender health when they are low and gives them the ability to stun their targets. This will be useful when there are fewer players so you can fight alongside tougher NPCs.
The enemies here are dropping new currency, Essence of the Storm, which can be used when interacting with Stormrage Quartermaster Brandormy. You use the new currency along with Elemental Overflow to get various items that you can equip to mitigate the debuff freezing.
You can also unlock Chasing Storm (a toy), Time Lost Vorquin Foal (pet) and Skyskin Hornstrider (Mountain). When you complete the Weekly World Quest event, you will be rewarded glowing cache primalist, which contains gold, supplies, Storm Sigils, and a chance for Primalist weapons/armor, so it's worth doing it on main heroes and alts.
This event is worth doing on your World of Warcraft: Dragonflight characters to get item level 285 equipment, a pet, a mountain, and a toy. This is one of the many new features that have arrived in patch 10.0.5.
