We have the official Fortnite v11.31 update notes that have been released by Epic Games for all of the Battle Royale changes that have been made.
Fortnite update v11. 31 aired today and there are a few changes that have been made. The Lab is a new item that has been added to Fortnite Battle Royale in this update, and there are also many bug fixes that have been made.
The playground mode has also been moved to creative mode, and you can access creative cards by queuing for creativity and choosing "Play" instead of "Create." Here are the changes that have been made in this update:
- Meet the Battle Lab
- Create your own Battle Royale island and set your own rules on it! Choose the contents of the chests just like in your favorite LTM, create combat scenarios with the new Bot Generator, and customize your mode with settings like Gravity and Fall Damage.
- Invite up to 15 friends to the island you've created, or play with other users in the Battle Lab with default settings.
- The sandbox has moved
- Looking for "Sandbox"? We've moved Sandbox to Creative Mode. To play on a creative map with other players, enter creative matchmaking and select "Play" instead of "Create".
We have temporarily disabled the DirectX 12 beta. Thank you for participating - we were able to collect valuable information. We will make some improvements and reopen access in early 2020.
Corrected mistakes
- We continue to make improvements regarding image fading and performance degradation on mobile devices.
- The build/shoot button on mobile devices will no longer become unavailable when the hang glider re-deploy button appears.
- Fixed an issue that prevented mobile users from closing the UI layout.
- Fixed a bug due to which the "Edit" button appeared near the walls built by enemies.
- Progress in the "Kill enemies without aiming" challenge now counts correctly when jumping.
- Fixed an issue that prevented players with gamepads from selecting the "Join Party" option in the "Teams to Join" section.
- The item shop timer no longer shows incorrect values for different players.
- Fixed bugs that worsened stability.
