Fable: The Lost Chapters is an Action/RPG video game for PC and Xbox developed by Lionhead Studios and published Microsoft Game Studios. The game originally appeared in October 2004 for the Xbox, and a year later, it was re-released for PC and called The Lost Chapters, which included all the original unreleased content.
The main character is a character from the Guild of Heroes. Fable features detailed personalization of the main character. That is, all his actions affect his appearance and his fate. Having eaten a lot, the hero gets fat. The scars he received in battle will remain with him for the rest of his life, but drunkenness will lead to loss of coordination and nausea. The way the hero fights also leaves its mark on the character’s appearance - the warrior becomes muscular, the archer becomes tall and thin, and the magician gets luminous marks on his palms. For each skill point gained, the main character ages by approximately seven months.
In addition to skills, clothes, hairstyles, beards and tattoos also affect the hero. All this does not directly affect the hero, but the attitude of other people towards him. Also, the attitude of people depends on what bad and good things the players do. Killing monsters or saving peasants will add points to the good side. Committing atrocities like killing people or divorcing your wife will add evil points to your character. A good hero gradually has a halo above his head, butterflies fly around him and his hair brightens. The evil hero grows horns, red smoke comes from his legs, flies circle around, and his eyes glow red.
