Ye Lan is an upcoming 5-star character using a bow and hydro element, a mysterious figure working for the Ministry of Civil Affairs. Her identity is shrouded in mystery and she appears as a phantom at events.
Ye Lang will be available with a limited character set banner as a 5-star Featured Character. At the time of this writing, Ye Lan is not yet released and will appear somewhere in version 2.7 before becoming unavailable.

Ye Lan's skills
 Normal Attack: Stealth Arrow | Normal attack Up to four bow shots. Charged attack More accurate aimed shot with increased damage. While aiming, the arrow accumulates water energy.
