CS:GO - Updated Cache To Be Released In October
One of the most fan-favorite maps in Counter-Strike is getting a fresh coat of paint, and a release date has finally been announced.
After being removed from the competitive card pool in March 2019, Cash was controversially replaced by Vertigo.
Since then, the community has been eager to re-release the popular map and wanted to see what changes the designers would bring to the familiar Ukrainian landscape.
Announced and showcased at the ESL One New York 2019 event, the highly anticipated redesigned Cache has finally been revealed and the CS community gets their first look at the map in action.
With the conclusion of the epic final series between Astralis and Evil Geniuses, it has been confirmed that cash will be available 10 October.

Description of Maps Cache
cache (de_cache) is a map with a bomb planting scenario from Operations Bravo and Phoenix in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive.
Entered a number of front-line maps with the release of Operation Breakthrough. On November 13, 2017, it was also added to the Mine Clearance, Delta Group.
The map takes place in the abandoned Ukrainian city of Pripyat, next to the Chernobyl nuclear power plant.
Terrorists are trying to blow up weapons caches. The special forces must prevent the explosion, or destroy the terrorists.
The main battles take place at the bombing sites (A and B) and in the center of the map.
The map is small, but balanced. Cache is popular among players and belongs to the group of "forward cards".
The official factions of this map are Phoenix Division (terrorist team) and GIGN (special forces team).
