This is a large hall with docks for 3 boats, a yard with lots and a stone moat. You have 2 workspaces which include a completely refurbished workbench, stone carver, forge and crafter's table. You will need a flat area of 100x120 pixels. Native terrain is included, so minor changes should be expected. Make sure you place this near a large dock area. You can customize/change as you wish after posting.
