You really don't have to focus too much when growing your character. The main thing is to get out of high school, so move in that direction. I would keep an eye on the intelligence score and try to keep it high. You can do this by studying hard at school, reading books and going to the library. Just make your common Bitizen building to graduate from high school.

Now that you've graduated from high school, there are a few different ways you can do this. You can go to college and get a degree in biology, mathematics, or information systems. Basically, anything that gets you into a career can make you some money. You don't have to do this, but you will need to buy a few houses and that money will give you more options.

How to become an exorcist

If you don't want to pursue an alternative career or have a nest ready, you can now become an Exorcist. It's nothing special, you just have to check the work every year and look for the exorcist option. This is a low level position, so you don't need to pre-train for it.

How to complete the task

Once you've managed to become an exorcist, you'll want to start looking for haunted houses to buy. They can be found under "Assets" and then "Real Estate Brokers". You can find them at different prices no matter what you buy. The ones you want will literally be marked as "hunted" by the game, so you don't have to guess if it's chasing you or not. Once you go to buy one of these, it will show the level of how frequented the place is. You want the most ghosts, because the more it haunts, the more ghosts it has! If you are lucky, you can complete all the challenges in the same house. However, it's more likely that you'll have to buy a house or two to get rid of enough ghosts to complete the challenge.

Since you are an exorcist, you just have to go to one of your haunted houses and look for the Perfume option. You can then choose one of the ghosts and then exorcise it.
